Alkham Valley Pizza started purely from the love of making and refining incredible pizza. Simple.

Founder Tom fell in love with everything pizza in the summer of 2015 while working for a company called Fundi, they specialised in not only great quality pizzas but at high capacity, to say it was a baptism of fire is an understatement. He was hooked instantly.

He bought himself a Gozney Roccbox pizza oven, trained himself further while working along side professional pizzaiolos (Pizza chefs!) including attending a masterclass with world renowned Marco Fuso.

Tom went on to create his own pizza business in 2017 and has catered events of all sizes and requirements. From small private events to evening food at large weddings and open tap days at breweries.
